Worried your card won’t go through? Here’s the quick answer: we accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, and Airwallex in USD, taxes are shown at checkout, and your details are protected with encryption.

Accepted payment methods

Currency and taxes

How we protect your payment

Your checkout is secured with encryption in transit from your browser to our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on hilasoftt.com. Limited order details are retained for receipts, support, and fraud prevention.

Billing address match required

For card payments, the billing name and address you enter must match what your card issuer has on file. A mismatch can cause an immediate decline or a security hold.

If your payment fails

  1. Confirm your card number, expiry date, CVC, billing name, and billing address are exact.
  2. Check your bank’s app or alerts for any security verification requests or spending limits.
  3. Try the same method again after a minute, or switch to another accepted method (PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, Airwallex).
  4. If the issue continues, contact your bank or wallet provider to lift any holds.
  5. Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your order attempt time and the error shown.

Troubleshooting

  • “Do not honor” or “generic decline”: Retry later or use another accepted method; your bank is blocking the charge.
  • “Zip/postcode mismatch”: Update the billing address to exactly match your card statement.
  • “Incorrect CVC” or “expired card”: Re-enter details or use a different card.
  • Multiple retries: Too many attempts can trigger bank security. Wait a few minutes before trying again.
