Cancellation Policy
At Hilasoftt, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how order cancellations are handled.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
How to Request a Cancellation
- Contact our support team as soon as possible
- Provide your Order ID and email used for purchase
- Send requests to [email protected]
Eligible Cancellations
- Orders that have not yet been processed
- Orders flagged for verification or payment issues
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders already shipped
- Orders beyond the 12-hour cancellation window
Refund for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: We recommend contacting support immediately after placing an order if you wish to cancel it.
