Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind right after ordering? Here’s the quick answer: you can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we’ll try to help, but once processing begins, we can’t guarantee a cancellation.

What you need to know

  • Cancellation window: 2 hours from the order placement time.
  • After processing starts (our standard handling time is 1-1 business days), cancellation isn’t guaranteed.
  • How to cancel: email [email protected] with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject.
  • Refunds for approved cancellations: returned to your original payment method; we issue refunds within 5–7 business days. Your bank/card may post it in 5–10 business days.
  • Check your address before you pay—address changes are only possible within the 2-hour window.

Eligible for cancellation on request. Not guaranteed; we will attempt to intercept if possible.
Typically not yet picked/packed. Order may be in picking/packing or already shipped.
We cancel and confirm via email. If interception succeeds, we’ll confirm cancellation; if shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refund issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. If cancellation is successful, same refund timing applies.

1) Your cancellation window (2 hours)

You have 2 hours from the order placement timestamp to request a cancellation. Orders move quickly through our system (standard handling time is 1-1 business days), so acting within this window gives the best chance of success.

2) After processing begins

Once an order is being picked, packed, or shipped, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. We will attempt to intercept the order if feasible, but if the parcel has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.

3) How to request a cancellation

  1. Email [email protected] within 2 hours of purchase.
  2. Subject line: Cancel Order – [Your Order Number].
  3. Include: order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief reason for cancellation.
  4. Wait for our confirmation email. If we can cancel, we’ll confirm and process your refund.

4) Refunds for approved cancellations

For approved cancellations, we issue refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

5) Shipping address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing payment. Address updates are only possible within the 2-hour window. After processing or shipment, we cannot reroute packages.
